Overview

The Customer Success Executive (CSE) is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for ensuring customers and community-based organizations achieve their business objectives with Unite Us. The role requires building relationships with executive stakeholders and translating customer data into meaningful narratives.

In Short

  • Manage, grow, and retain a book of business for high-value strategic accounts.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and user adoption.
  • Educate customers on Unite Us technology solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with community partners.
  • Act as the customer’s escalation point for business-critical issues.
  • Create engagement strategies based on customer needs.
  • Develop joint success plans for customers.
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews for all accounts.
  • Analyze data for insights into customer operations.
  • Lead process development initiatives to support customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional work experience.
  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value accounts.
  • Demonstrated success with renewals and retention.
  • 1 year of experience with Medicare Programs.
