Overview

The IT Support Analyst II will provide best-in-class technical support services to Unite Us teammates, contributing to internal support and company-wide IT initiatives.

In Short

  • Provides Help Desk support for workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Monitors internal ticketing systems for support requests.
  • Ensures software installation and patch management compliance.
  • Maintains data storage and processing functions according to security policies.
  • Identifies and resolves infrastructure vulnerabilities.
  • Reviews existing systems and recommends improvements.
  • Creates solutions for hardware and software problems.
  • Contributes to project-based tasks.
  • Engages in training opportunities for skill development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Support Analyst role.
  • Proven experience in IT operations and ITIL best practices.
  • Proficiency in supporting service desk teams remotely.
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure and services.
  • Preferred experience with Atlassian administration.
