HR Operations Intern - Remote

Overview

As our 2025 HR Operations & Systems Intern, you will help create and compile a valuable resource - the HR Data & Resources Library, contributing to consistency and efficiencies in HR activities.

In Short

• Collaborate with the People Team to review existing HR resources.
• Consolidate and document HR resources into a centralized repository.
• Draft definitions for key HR terminology.
• Review and update HR documents for consistency.
• This is a remote internship based in the U.S.
• 10-week duration from June 9 - August 15.
• Pay is $20/hour for 35 hours per week.
• Open to all educational backgrounds.
• Requires strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack is preferred.

Requirements

• Prior experience or coursework in Human Resources.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
