Overview

CoinGecko is seeking an intern to assist with various operations related to cryptocurrency data management, community engagement, and customer support.

In Short

• Work with cryptocurrency projects for onboarding and listing.
• Provide frontline support to users and projects.
• Assist in internal operations and data issues.
• Manage community engagement on platforms like Telegram and Discord.
• Track and report on performance metrics.
• Stay updated on cryptocurrency trends.
• Collaborate with team members for timely customer request handling.
• Support ad hoc tasks as required.
• Commit to a 3 - 6 months internship period.
• Only local candidates from Malaysia and Singapore are accepted.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of operations in cryptocurrency and NFTs.
• Foundational knowledge of blockchain and web3 topics.
• Familiarity with CRM and blockchain analytics tools.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for positive experiences.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity.
