  • Minimum of 15 years in management consulting or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management.
  • Strong problem-solving and business acumen skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to navigate dynamic environments and manage change.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and motivations.
