Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant will serve as a functional and technical expert in the ServiceNow Expert Services Team, consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow solutions to drive business outcomes.

• Serve as a technical expert in ServiceNow best practices.
• Support process definition and improvement during customer workshops.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
• Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow technology.
• Guide customers in documentation and user story creation.

• Support sales activities as needed.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience.
• 5+ years in HR, Workplace/Facilities & Legal technologies.
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HR and related systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills.
• Team player with proven team-building abilities.
