Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Remote

• Lead the translation of strategy and design into the execution of client projects.
• Provide consultancy for the technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations.
• Facilitate client-focused design workshops.
• Translate complex client needs into user-friendly ServiceNow solutions.
• Guide and oversee the quality of technical consultants' work.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills in JavaScript.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the EMEA region.
• At least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
• Experience in a customer-facing consultancy role.

Requirements

• Proven consultancy experience in a client-facing role.
• Certification in ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or System Administrator.
• Expertise in ServiceNow core modules like SecOps and GRC.
• Strong JavaScript scripting skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a complex environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
