Overview

As a Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role supporting customers using our ServiceNow-based applications, including PrivacyHub, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for customers using ServiceNow apps.
  • Handle Level 1 & Level 2 support queries and resolve tickets.
  • Debug issues and apply JavaScript-based fixes.
  • Guide users on best practices for the platform.
  • Carry out ServiceNow system admin activities.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain platform health.
  • Coordinate PrivacyHub re-certification activities.
  • Build hands-on experience across IRM/GRC and SecOps modules.
  • Support internal systems and contribute to process improvement.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow CSA certification (required).
  • 1–2 years’ hands-on ServiceNow support or admin experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and script using JavaScript.
  • Understanding of service delivery and working to SLAs.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Curious mindset with interest in IRM/GRC, and SecOps.
  • Fluent English (extra languages welcome!).
