Overview

Join one of the UK Government’s most ambitious digital transformation programmes, helping to centralise Local Authority Land Charge registers into a single Land Registry system.

In Short

• Support the transformation of complex datasets from multiple Local Authorities.
• Work across both digital and manual data sources.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the data process.
• Analyse and clean large datasets from varied sources.
• Identify and fix data issues, including geometry and formatting errors.
• Quality control data from manual and third-party sources.
• Document transformation rules and maintain audit trails.
• Collaborate with engineers to define technical requirements.
• Contribute to process and tool improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with spatial data and GIS tools (e.g. QGIS, ArcGIS).
• Proven ability to manage and analyse large, multi-source datasets.
• Understanding of optimal methods for data capture and transformation.
