Overview

The Lead Programme Manager plays a pivotal role in both the Strategy and Provision of Landmark Group products, applications, tools and services to our customers, primarily this will lead the LVS Customer Migrations programme. You will also take on line management responsibilities of various roles within the PMO.

In Short

  • Oversee successful completion of multiple complex internal projects.
  • Set programme goals, tasks, and timelines.
  • Review progress and adjust as necessary.
  • Manage customer migrations and lead a team.
  • Utilize both Iterative Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Identify and report on project dependencies and risks.
  • Communicate effectively with Senior Leadership Team.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s with Project Managers.
  • Ensure alignment to PMO Remarkable principles.
  • Engage in significant customer interaction during delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role managing complex projects.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience leading customer migrations.
  • Accomplished in Prince 2 and Agile methodologies.
  • Risk management experience.
  • Line management and coaching experience.
  • Experienced in presenting to Senior Leadership.
  • Ability to manage escalations effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain scheduling and prioritization.
  • Experience in presenting processes within audits.
