Overview

Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Customer Success Operations team, focusing on improving operational efficiency and customer experiences in early education.

In Short

  • Drive initiatives from end-to-end in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer-facing workflows and data to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create and implement new workflows, SOPs, and automations.
  • Design Salesforce automations and collaborate with Systems Operations.
  • Use data to inform resource allocation and project prioritization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passionate about Early Childhood Education.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of operations or program management experience.
  • Experience in high-growth environments and SaaS businesses.
  • Metrics-driven with a commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Creative problem solver with exceptional project management skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, including designing workflows and automations.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
