Overview

As a Manager of Account Management at Brightwheel, you will lead post-sales success and account management for non-state government customers, driving expansion and maintaining high customer retention rates.

In Short

  • Own post-sales success and account management for all non-state government customers.
  • Drive expansion through renewals and upsell, aiming for $500K+ in net new ARR.
  • Maintain a customer retention rate of 90% or higher.
  • Build and operationalize a new customer success motion for education customers.
  • Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Product for a seamless experience.
  • Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team.
  • Analyze account data to optimize workflows and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or strategic partnerships.
  • 2+ years in a people management role.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth in complex accounts.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong customer empathy and strategic mindset.
