Overview

The Customer Programs Manager will serve as the liaison between the company and customers, managing contracts and leading cross-functional teams through various processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Project Management experience required.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Self-starter in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to commute to Anniston, Alabama.
