In Short

  • Play an instrumental role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence across all product categories on the Care Team.
  • Spend significant time embedded with each vertical to understand operations from a Care Rep’s perspective.
  • Handle daily tasks and deliverables required to complete projects alongside the Project Manager.
  • Work directly with Customer Care Representatives to identify issues and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain consistent reporting on necessary data points and distribute to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of new systems.
  • Meet regularly with different vertical team leads to understand needs and areas for growth.
  • Work with the admin team to manage contractor team needs and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support operations, program or project management, or process improvement roles.
  • Ability to embed within operations and quickly learn frontline tools and processes.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with data to tell a story and drive outcomes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to understand details before recommending changes.
