Overview

As a Corporate Account Manager at Sharebite, you will be a key member of the Corporate Account Management team responsible for ensuring corporate clients are successful using the Sharebite platform.

In Short

  • Work closely with corporate sales team to understand client requirements.
  • Manage the onboarding and implementation process for new clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client relationships.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to solve customer challenges.
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide high-touch client service and support.
  • Maintain client information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Consult with clients on additional solutions from Sharebite.
  • Participate in training sessions for new team members.
  • Demonstrate ability to grow accounts through effective management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years in B2B customer success or account management.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Consultative selling skills to understand client needs.
  • High level of organization and focus.
  • Understanding of technical components around account management is a plus.
