Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Product Designer at Sharebite, you will lead end-to-end product design across our suite of experiences, driving user adoption and retention while managing a small team of designers.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end design for high-impact product areas.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear problem statements.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design experience.
• Expert in Figma and rapid prototyping.
• Strong systems thinking and design pattern development.
• Proven ability to partner with PM and Engineering.
• Data-informed mindset for defining success metrics.
• Accessibility fluency aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High bar for craft with speed.
• Team contributor and mentor.
