Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Lead Product Designer to join us as soon as possible. We are a remote-first company within Germany, but you can choose to work hybrid or fully on-site if you live near one of our locations. As our Lead Product Designer, you are responsible for creating a consistent, intuitive, and thoughtfully crafted user experience across all our products.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a UX or product designer
• Experience in setting up design systems/component libraries
• Strong conceptual thinking skills
• Confident use of common UX tools (Figma, prototyping)
• Ability to question requirements and justify decisions
• High degree of personal responsibility
• Very good English skills
