Paralegal / Legal Operations - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Paralegal / Legal Operations (all genders) to start as soon as possible. The role is remote-first, allowing you to choose between hybrid or completely on-site work.

In Short

• Central role in organizing and structuring legal operations.
• Establish and maintain a filing system for contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure reliable deadline tracking and transparency in processes.
• Support corporate law-related matters and maintain documentation.
• Act as an interface within the Contabo Group for legal matters.
• Prepare documents and templates for administrative processes.
• Identify and standardize recurring processes for efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a paralegal or similar qualification.
• 3-7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience in document and records management.
• Hands-on experience in corporate housekeeping.
• Strong organizational skills and a self-driven work ethic.
• Very good German and English language skills.
