In Short

• Ensure compliance of legal and company guidelines and procedures
• Collaborate with pre-litigation departments to identify potential cases
• Review and evaluate cases with approaching statutes of limitation
• Manage case management database and generate reports
• Prepare informative reports by collecting and analyzing case information
• Document case highlights and formulate case plans
• Assign new cases to Litigation Teams
• Conduct investigations and research
• Navigate court websites for case information
• Draft and file legal documents

Requirements

• 3 years of civil litigation experience, personal injury preferred
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certification required
• Very well organized
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Internet and office software
