Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in legal recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the legal industry and employment law.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
