Overview

The Recruiter will be pivotal in managing all talent sourcing and recruitment facets for leadership positions across the portfolio, focusing on recruiting sales directors for our senior living communities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, especially for executive roles.
  • Experience in Senior Living, Healthcare, or Hospitality preferred.
  • Expertise with ATS and recruitment technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record in effective recruitment strategies.
  • High level of integrity and professional presence.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
