Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.

  • Preferred experience in Senior Living, Healthcare, or Hospitality.
  • Expertise with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record in effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity and professional presence.
