This dynamic role plays a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying sales leads while simultaneously supporting the recruitment efforts of the company. The Sales & Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage a combination of traditional and modern techniques, including AI and CRM systems, to build strong sales pipelines and attract top talent.

In Short

  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads through various channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Engage with prospective clients and prepare compelling proposals.
  • Utilize CRM systems and AI tools for sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to source qualified candidates.
  • Assist in preparing candidate profiles and managing recruitment data.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Recruiting, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain and update sales and candidate tracking systems.
  • Champion the integration of AI and innovative technologies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in sales automation and candidate sourcing.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting preferred.
  • Comfortable with software tools, CRM, ATS, and AI integrations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Quickly adapt to new technology and integrate AI into workflows.
  • Own a PC/laptop and have a stable internet connection (min. 20 Mbps).
