• We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on Recruiting Operations & Program Manager to serve as the right hand to our Head of Recruiting.

• Ensure seamless collaboration between recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• This is a player-coach role, meaning you’ll not only design and manage processes but also roll up your sleeves to solve problems.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting operations across multiple roles, departments, and client engagements.
• Set and enforce KPI targets and delivery timelines for open roles.
• Conduct regular check-ins with recruiters to monitor progress and provide hands-on guidance.
• Standardize and improve workflows, intake processes, and candidate pipelines.
• Build dashboards to track recruiting funnel metrics and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting operations, talent program management, or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Experience setting and managing recruiting KPIs.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, etc.).
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in metrics reporting and dashboard creation.
• A hands-on, problem-solving mentality.
• Experience in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment is a plus.
• PMP, PHR, or similar certification is a bonus.
