Recruiting & People Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Recruiting & People Operations Manager to lead our hiring efforts while also supporting general HR functions in a remote-first tech startup.

In Short

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process.
• Source candidates actively through various channels.
• Review applications and manage the interview process.
• Conduct initial screening interviews with applicants.
• Manage and improve the onboarding process for new hires.
• Oversee internal people management processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Help define and standardize HR policies and workflows.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in recruiting and HR/People Operations.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with international and US employment practices.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS tools.
• Flexibility to conduct interviews across time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
