People Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, organized and detail oriented People Operations and Office Manager to join our team and be our HR representative in the US.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Lead full recruitment processes.
• Develop and implement local HR policies and compliance initiatives.
• Support employee engagement efforts.
• Handle US payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Oversee daily office operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services.
• Organize company events and meetings.
• Ensure office safety compliance.
• Monitor and manage office budgets.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in HR or office management.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with remote and hybrid work settings.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems and collaboration tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
