Junior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for motivated, proactive, and relationship-driven Junior Recruiters from the LATAM region with 1–3 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience to join our growing team and help deliver top talent to our global clients. This is a fully remote role ideal for candidates eager to grow their career in recruiting, gain hands-on experience, and learn from senior recruiters.

In Short

• Source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Partner with senior recruiters and internal teams.
• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and support onboarding activities.
• Continuously learn new sourcing strategies and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in a recruiting environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
