Overview

The Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dungarvin is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates. Requirements

• Minimum one year of high-volume recruiting experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in sourcing and hiring hourly workforces.
• Customer service experience.
• Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Current residency in California, Washington, or Oregon is required.
• Experience with ATS required.
