Overview

As an Employment Support Specialist (Job Coach), you’ll provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities as they explore, secure, and succeed in competitive, integrated employment.

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities
• Conduct career assessments focusing on individual strengths
• Help develop or revise resumes and practice interviews
• Support onboarding and training with new employers

Requirements

• 2-year degree or equivalent experience in human services
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring roles
• Knowledge of job markets and hiring process
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong comfort with technology
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
