As a Bilingual Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dungarvin, you will play a vital role in connecting great people to meaningful work. You’ll manage a high-volume requisition load, build strong relationships, and deliver a stellar experience at every step of the recruiting process.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience or equivalent education.
• Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and SmartRecruiters.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Prior experience in healthcare or social services is a plus.
