Requirements

• 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience or 2+ years with a high school diploma.
• Proven experience in sourcing and hiring hourly workforces.
• Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and SmartRecruiters.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
