This position is for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter who will manage full-cycle recruitment to support the growth of engineering and technical teams in the United States.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment (40+ vacancies).
• Proficient with recruitment tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Must pass post-offer drug and alcohol testing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in recruiting for utilities or heavy industry preferred.
