Overview

We are seeking a driven, networked, and technically savvy IT Recruiter to own the full talent lifecycle for both FuntoNetwork and our recruiting clients. This role is central to fueling our own growth and expanding a key revenue-generating service line.

• Manage the entire recruitment process for internal and external roles.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients engaged in our IT Recruiting service.

• Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.

• Experience in filling a variety of IT roles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in filling IT roles.
• Strong understanding of common IT roles and required skill sets.
• High proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Persuasive communicator with sales and relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a dual-focus pipeline.
• Unwavering commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
