• Work directly with clients to identify key business questions and relevant data sources.
• Design interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of BI projects from requirements gathering to user training.
• Connect to various data sources and clean, transform, and model data.
• Develop advanced analytics reports that include predictive insights.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and client administrators.
• Proactively suggest enhancements to existing reports.
• Build a portfolio of real-world dashboards across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define KPIs and design wireframes.
• Utilize advanced DAX calculations and best practices in UX design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Visualization.
• A portfolio of sample dashboards or reports is required.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and strong SQL skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with business acumen.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
• Design sensibility for effective visual storytelling.
• Bonus skills include experience with other BI tools and knowledge of Python/R.
