Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Consultant - Remote

In Short

• Develop and implement customized Power BI or similar business intelligence dashboards and reports for our clients
• Design, conceptualize, and implement data-driven solutions using modern Microsoft technologies like Microsoft Fabric / Azure Synapse and Power BI
• Participate in the entire project lifecycle: analysis, architecture, proof of concepts, implementation, and further development
• Manage and lead small projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Model and optimize data structures for efficient analytics
• Collaborate with internal development teams and external stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop solutions

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with Power BI (report creation, design, data transformation, Power Query) or similar technology
• Solid knowledge of data modeling and relational databases, A technical understanding of data flows and ETL processes is a plus.
• Experience in relevant fields such as data science, machine learning engineering, or LLM development. Demonstrated success in developing and deploying AI/data solutions
• Analytical thinking, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication and project management skills including experience in managing and leading small projects
• Knowledge and experience in innovation methods are a plus.
• Completed IT-related education or equivalent qualification
• Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
