In Short

• Shape the user experience from a holistic perspective.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in UX/UI.
• A T-shaped designer with broader knowledge in branding and design strategy.
• Strong leadership experience in a cross-location team.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
• Experience in creating design systems.
• Ability to think strategically in the product context.
• Up-to-date with popular design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent English language skills; German is a plus.
