• Conceptualization and design of websites, online shops, apps, and user interfaces for custom software solutions
• Development of personas, wireframes, and design studies in collaboration with our development team
• Creating user experiences based on personas, customer journeys, and industry-specific requirements
• Designing navigation and interaction structures using prototyping tools
• Facilitating requirement workshops and presenting design studies and concepts to our clients

Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with agency experience
• Industry-standard degree in design, digital media/e-business
• A high level of creativity while keeping target group and client-specific requirements in mind
• High quality standards and a good sense of design and typography
• Profound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, proficiency in Figma or Sketch, and experience with prototyping tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage
• Structured thinking, independent and client-oriented work, and being a true team player
• Confident appearance towards clients and ability to present ideas and concepts in presentations or workshops
