Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time) - Remote

As a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in part-time, you will take responsibility for the marketing activities of our Business Unit (Technology & Data) – from strategy to implementation. You will work closely with sales and central marketing and actively shape how our brand is perceived in the market.

In Short

• Responsible for the external perception and positioning of the Business Unit in line with the corporate group’s brand strategy.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies and measures.
• Independent planning, management, and analysis of B2B marketing campaigns focusing on lead generation and customer retention.
• Creation and maintenance of marketing materials (e.g., presentations, service descriptions, case studies).
• Organization and support of customer events, trade fairs, and industry-specific events of the Business Unit.
• Responsibility for the online presence of the Business Unit (website content, social media, newsletters) in coordination with central marketing.
• Monitoring market and competitive developments and identifying new marketing opportunities.
• Ensuring a consistent brand presence within the overarching corporate identity.
• Implementation of ad-hoc projects and special initiatives within the Business Unit.
• Active participation and representation of the MAI Spirits – as a brand ambassador of the Business Unit.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in marketing, communications management, or brand management.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a good sense of brand management, storytelling, and design.
• Experience in B2B communication, digital marketing, and performance-oriented campaigns.
• Very good knowledge in social media, website management, PR, and event organization.
• Strong project management and coordination skills as well as empathy and communication strength.
• Proficient use of common marketing tools, CMS, and analytics systems.
• Technical know-how and at least basic knowledge of tools like Miro, Figma, or Canva are desired.
