In Short

• Lead design efforts for web applications, creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces using Figma.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring the user journey is good.
• Maintain design consistency and high standards across all product interfaces.
• Work directly with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and features.
• Use Jira to manage design tasks, track progress, and facilitate collaboration on design-related issues.
• Document design processes, decisions, and guidelines in Confluence to build a comprehensive KB.
• Lead user research, usability testing to ensure designs are optimized for different user needs.
• Keep up to date with design trends, technologies, and best practices to improve our design process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, with advanced skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Extensive experience with design systems and creating reusable, consistent UI components.
• Strong ability to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design refinement.
