In Short

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, especially for technically sophisticated clients.
  • Understand and translate client infrastructure challenges into tailored solution proposals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Blackwall’s goals for market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with technical stakeholders, including engineering and IT leaders.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap.
  • Represent Blackwall at key industry events and conferences across the region.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales, business development, or product experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.
  • Experience engaging with clients and understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.
