Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive based in Michigan to join our team! You will contribute to the development and growth of our markets by packaging Nomi services through brokers, consultants, and TPA partners to clients to meet their unique needs.

In Short

  • Identify and target potential clients within the TPA, broker, and consulting sectors
  • Conduct and utilize market research to generate qualified leads
  • Leverage networking opportunities within the market to develop introductions and new client opportunities
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Develop custom presentations for each unique client and align on sales strategy with Global Sales Leader (VP)
  • Support the Global Sales Leader (VP) on their clients and take the lead on your own client portfolio
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a consultative manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Generate regular reports for management review to demonstrate progress to goals
  • Provide on-going maintenance in collaboration with the Account Managers for each new client
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to visit clients, brokers, consultants, and industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in health benefits and healthcare fintech
  • Expertise in Nomi products such as Analytics, Network contracts, PBM replacement, and Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Proven track record in global sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
