Overview

We are seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our Inside Sales team, responsible for promoting Nomi Pay’s claim payment services to healthcare providers and contributing to revenue growth.

In Short

  • Proactively market Nomi Pay’s claim payment services to healthcare providers.
  • Conduct needs assessments with providers and communicate tailored value propositions.
  • Engage with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations to promote Nomi Pay’s benefits.
  • Execute provider agreements and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Manage an active pipeline of new and existing provider relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on enrollment progress to leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and payer teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Maintain strict adherence to compliance and privacy requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • 2+ years in sales, provider engagement, or healthcare industry roles.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding outreach and enrollment goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
