Overview

Nomi Health is seeking an experienced Senior Controller to lead and oversee all aspects of accounting operations across our business units. This high-impact leadership role will focus on refining the accounting function to support Nomi’s mission in the healthcare sector.

In Short

• Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and GAAP reporting.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Lead consolidations and cost allocations across business units.
• Support ERP implementations to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and readiness for audits.
• Build and mentor an accounting team.
• Align financial operations with corporate strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Big 4 experience.
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
• Prior controller experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare networks and financial services preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and compliance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
