As part of the centralization of our finance activities, we are looking for a Senior Controller to restructure our financial accounting, either fully remote or on-site in beautiful Andechs near Munich.

In Short

• Build and implement an integrated controlling system for the entire group.
• Develop, establish, and optimize planning, reporting, and analysis processes.
• Responsible for operational and strategic corporate planning (budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning).
• Create meaningful KPI systems and management dashboards using Power BI.
• Conduct variance analyses, identify optimization potentials, and derive recommendations for action.
• Introduce and further develop an efficient performance management system.
• Consolidate and prepare financial data across the group using LucaNet.
• Ensure a uniform data basis across all subsidiaries.
• Support financing projects and corporate valuation.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Act as a contact person for management and external stakeholders.
• Continuously build and expand the controlling system.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience (>3 years) in controlling, ideally with a focus on group controlling.
• Proven experience in building and structuring controlling processes.
• Solid knowledge of accounting according to HGB, ideally also IFRS or other international accounting standards.
• Proficient in DATEV and experience working with LucaNet.
• Expertise in designing dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of numbers.
• High affinity for digital tools and processes.
• Self-initiative, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
• Independent and proactive action with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability for successful collaboration within the holding and with subsidiaries.
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
