Senior Controller - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Controller to join our controlling team at MOIA. This position is a replacement for someone on parental leave, initially limited until the end of November 2026, with a chance for permanent employment.

In Short

• Support management in decision-making and resource allocation based on financial planning and operational KPIs.
• Responsible for the operation and development of our KPI system for business management.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts in coordination with internal interfaces.
• Take responsibility for projects in strategic controlling.
• Conduct analysis and financial evaluations of strategic and business development issues.
• Engage closely with operations and strategy teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in controlling, focusing on operational and strategic areas.
• Strong analytical skills, data affinity, and process orientation.
• Ability to work independently and show high commitment.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Knowledge of Tableau and data automation in Microsoft Excel is desirable.
• Experience in a startup environment or software companies is ideal.
