Senior Controller - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Controller at mammaly, you will be responsible for implementing a cost center system, budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing KPIs to support strategic decisions and enhance financial reporting.

• Implement a cost center system and reporting processes.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs in performance marketing, CRM, retail, and Amazon.

• Assist in creating investor reporting materials.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for economic decisions.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in controlling within an e-commerce company, ideally DTC.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
• Ability to create informed decision bases from complex data streams.
• Results-oriented thinking and action, with the ability to implement insights across teams.
• Passion for numbers.
• Fluent in German and English.
