Senior Influencer & Partnerships Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Influencer & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers and managing brand partnerships to enhance brand awareness and performance.

• Build and maintain relationships with micro and macro influencers.
• Manage organic seeding campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Conceptualize and implement performance-oriented influencer campaigns.
• Negotiate budgets, CPO deals, and contract terms.
• Evaluate and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
• Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships.
• Coordinate all stakeholders in projects from idea to execution.
• Manage project budgets and ensure successful implementation.
• Work independently with a structured approach and ownership.
• Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships.
• Understanding of brand strategy and development through influencer collaborations.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance (CPO, ROI, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-directed and structured work style with drive and ownership.
