The Senior Paid Social Manager will focus on scaling Meta campaigns for profitable customer acquisition, analyzing the entire funnel from ad click to checkout, and optimizing direct-response funnels.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social Advertising (Meta).
• At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics.
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels.
• Able to derive hypotheses and tests from data analysis.
• Experience in developing performance creatives.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
• Fluent in German and English.
