Field Sales Manager - South (all genders) - Remote

In Short

• Actively manage and expand our distribution network in Southern Germany (postal code areas 7, 8, 9)
• Strengthen contacts with decision-makers at market, regional, and national levels through your networking skills
• Acquire new trading partners and ensure optimal distribution of our products
• Conduct sales conversations and negotiations with decision-makers in retail (e.g., specialty stores, drugstores, supermarkets)
• Regularly visit sales locations to ensure product visibility and availability
• Train sales staff in stores about our products and their benefits for customers
• Implement promotions and marketing measures to increase sales
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies

Requirements

• A completed commercial training or equivalent
• Strong experience in field sales and retail experience are core to your repertoire
• You already have solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region
• Experience in (pet) specialty retail or sales of complex products is a plus
• Even when things get turbulent, you remain calm and composed
• Self-motivation and confident time and self-management are your strengths
• You speak fluent German, have a permanent residence in Germany, and enjoy being on the road
