Senior Paid Social Manager - Remote

We are Pet Printed, Europe's leading provider of personalized gift ideas for pets. With over 1,000 unique products and rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to elevate our Paid Social activities.

In Short

• Full responsibility for our Paid Social activities on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) – from strategy to execution.
• Scaling large budgets with a focus on revenue growth and ROAS.
• Testing & developing high-performing creatives in collaboration with our in-house creative team.
• Early identification of trends, audience insights & developing new “winning products.”
• Data-driven decisions through solid KPI tracking, reporting & funnel optimization.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, data & creative teams to maximize performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with proven success in e-commerce.
• Experience scaling large budgets (€1 million+ annually) is standard for you.
• Deep performance understanding: funnel logic, A/B testing, creative strategies, attribution, scaling tactics.
• Hands-on mentality & growth mindset – you don’t wait, you test, scale, and optimize.
• Strong analytical, KPI-driven, and performance-oriented.
• Fluent in German.
